upgrade from 10.2 to 10.3.1 failed

Hello, i tryed to upgrade Oarallels Panel from 10.2 to 10.3.1.

in the middle of the installation an error happened

installing MySQL ODBC driver...

then now when i run plesk panel i get the following error

with remote access, try backup the databases via sql tool.

then locate the mysql installer, and try reinstall with root access out of plesk.
