Issue Upgrade from Plesk Onyx to Obsidian not possible

Plesk_user

New Pleskian
Hello

I tried to Upgrade my Plesk Onyx to Obsidian.

At the webinterface the upgrade option is not available.

So I tried to install it via command line.

When I try "plesk installer --select-release-latest --upgrade-installed-components" I get the response "Command not found".

My OS is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

Do you know how to fx this?

Thank you in advance.

Yes, I tried the article.

The webinterface has the upgrade function not available.

When I try the comman line (It is in /opt/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller) It sais

"The installation could not be resumed, becaus eyour Operationg System "Ubuntu" "Linux" "20.02" "x86_x64" is not supported."

But Ubuntu 20.04 is supported according to this website: Software Requirements for Plesk Onyx

1) Where did you see 20.04 on that website? I only see 16.04 and 18.04 there.
2) 20.02 is not an LTS release. Only LTS releases are supported.
sorry typo, ment 20.04. I didn't paste it from my CLI because it is not an english OS
