• The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

How can I upgarde mysql 3.23.58 to 4.0.x?
I am running fc2 and plesk 7.5.2 .

Do I need to reconstuct my running mysql tables?

Thanks,

jd

You can use the rpms from my site, you do need to run mysql_fix_pfivilege_tables to upgrade mysql 3 grant tables. Pretty well documented in the forums here

Wow, its succesfully done with yum and your rpms!

I ignored your site before because of i read its only supported by rh9 etc. But fc2 is working well.

Thanks,
jd.

btw: nice site.

at this time I support rh9, FC1, FC2, FC3, and 3ES (Plus the clones CentOS, Tao, and Whitebox).

Good to hear its all working out for you!
