Upgrade php to latest version

Hello,

I have Parallels Plesk Control Panel installed on Windows Server 2008 with PHP 5.2.17. In order to install moodle, it requires PHP 5.4.4 installed. How do I upgrade to the latest PHP or to version 5.4.4, are there any standard instructions?

Thank you for your reply.

I downloaded "VC11 x86 Thread Safe" for PHP 5.0 from http://windows.php.net/download/ and followed all the instructions in the KB, but when trying to install moodle it shows the same error.

Am I missing something??
