Upgrade Plesk 7.5.4 to Plesk 8.1.0 Problem

When trying to upgrade from Plesk 7.5.4 to Plesk 8.1.0, running the
absolute latest version of the installer we are getting the following error:

Download file plesk_getkeyinfo.sh: 100% done.
Ask KA server for possibility of keyupdate for component base
ERROR: Process exit with error
ERROR: Installation failed

Can anyone assist with this?

Can your server ping ka.swsoft.com ?

Do you have an egress filter in place that may be preventing your server from reaching ka.swsoft.com on port 5224 ?
