upgrade sql express 2005 to 2008

I've got a new server at 1and1 and it came with plesk 9.01 installed, along with ms sql express 2005

I want to replace this with ms sql express 2008. What would be the best way of doing this?

nevermind on this one as well - i didnt know there was an extra monthly fee just to get ms sql support.
