When attempting to upgrade my Plesk Panel I am getting the following warning at the Panel pre-upgrade check.

The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\P_81cb2551-8db8-4934-a29c-5b6b1da22e6a

Do I continue or is there a fix for this?
