• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hi,
i've just upgraded my plesk panel to 11.5.30.
Everythings seems to be ok until today, when some customers told me about an error on their outlook ( error during syncronizing folders, error 0x800CCC0e.
I tried to change outlokk settings and it seems to be ok ( from imap without encryption to SSL encryption ).

Now i have another problem in plesk web panel. The upgrade has set a new default theme but when I try to open "tools and settins" --> "Custom view settings" i got this error:
ERROR: Call to a member function getPermissions() on a non-object (AdminPlanHostingPermissions.php:31)

My server is centos 6, i can attach the upgrade log if needed

Have you tried bootstarpper repair procedure at least?
