upgrade to 12

just upgrade from 11 to 12 on windows 2008r2

when i try to open plesk web interface, i'm redirected to https://x.x.x.x:8443/relay that reply with:

The file sso_relay.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment
already tried to clean privatetemp and restart plesk services as http://kb.odin.com/en/1339 says with no luck, even if this kb applies to 7.x and 8.x.

could you please help me?

It looks like that upgrade was not successfully completed. There are may be different reasons of this issue. I suggest you ask free upgrade assistance here - http://odin.com/products/plesk/free-migration-support/

yes not upgrade. i see your problem. you use 11 version this good for you.
