Question Upgrade to openssl 1.1.1 on centOS 7 / Plesk Onyx 17.8.11

Hello,
I need to update openssl to 1.1.1 to be able to install/update pip over python 3.10.2 and install packages. I am worried that I might break Plesk or anything else installed on centOS.
Any advice ?
