Upgrade / update panel isnt loading

After some plesk problems, the upgrade/update panel isnt loading anymore.

When i try to load the update panel, the browser stay loading for 2 or 3 minutes, and give me an error.

Is possible to upgrade to version 11 by SSH?

Or where can i see a log about this problem?

Yes its possible, and all you do is run the following command:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller
