Issue Upgraded to Obsidian now emails not working (postfix/imap-courier)?

Hi,

I recently upgraded my Plesk to Obsidian 18.0 and now I can’t seem to send/receive emails. My system admin tried to debug this and we found issues but still now working properly. When we try to run mailsrv_conf_init we keep reciente failed respknse


Checking for: mailsrv_conf_init... fail
Warning : failed to perform deferred action : mail_restore_all

My system administrator was able to fix this issue. I believe he had to take some email piping code out of the "master.cf" file that I manually had to put in there so postfix would work with the email ticket support software I use, and he removed it he ran mailsrv_conf_init and it finished running properly and then he added back the email piping code I had in there this way my email ticket support software would continue to work.
