upgraded to version 10.0.1 health monitor disabled

Hi!

Does anyone know how to fix the configuration file for the Health Monitor?
I am using a MSSQL database for Plesk.
I get the following error each time I try to access it.
Message Unable to load configuration file.
File Config.php
Line 145
Type PleskFatalException

Any ideas?
