Upgrading 8.6.0 -> 9.0.0

Trying to upgrade from within control panel and getting the following error...

Attempting to update my key from within the contol panel simply indicates i have the most current key at this point in time. Any help would be apprecieated

Hi

I also get the same problem, however calling Parallels they wont offer help as I dont have a support plan So I now pay a montly lease with no support to get a problem not caused by myself I would also be interested in why this happens.

Failed to check whether a new license key is available.

Continuing with the upgrade without having an appropriate product license
will result in the installation of a default license with limited
functionality. Administrators are advised to first acquire the appropriate
license before continuing with the product upgrade.

Good, lucky you to use the command to update, the updater NEVER shows a message like this.. I was so happy with my 8.6...

This is the email i received when trying to update the SuS for my plesk server.

Dear Alex,

Unfortunately the order cannot be completed. According to our records the SUS on the license PLSK.<removed>.x expired on Mar-23-2008. So it cannot be renewed.

As of April 1st, Parallels no longer accepts reinstatements of Software Update Service (SUS) for 10/30/100/300 domains Parallels Plesk Control Panel licenses.

The only Reinstatement available is for Unlimited domains.

You may purchase the SUS Unlimited domains Reinstatement ($519.35) online at:

http://www.parallels.com/en/buyonline/support/plesk/linux/

Please note that SUS Reinstatement does not affect the original license domain value, i.e after Reinstating SUS for Unlimited domains on the 30 domains license the domain value will remain - 30.

Alternatively, you may purchase a new lease Plesk license at:
