Upgrading from 6.5.2

I have seen several people ask about this but little response. I am wondering about upgrading Plesk for Windows from 6.5.2 to the 7.X series. I have also searched the sw-soft.com site but have not found any documentation about upgrading.

My questions are:
Is a new license required and what is the cost?

Is there an upgrade coming? And when can we expect it?
