Upgrading to FC6

We have plesk server(version 8.1) installed on FC2. Now, we are planning to install FC6 with Plesk version 8.1 on a new server and migrate all our existing domains from FC2 to FC6 server.

My question is whether I can move all my domains from my old server (FC2) to new server (FC6)? Will it be any problem? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
