Resolved Upload of Backup not visible in Backupmanager

Dear Pleskians,

we have a backup of a older Onxy server, The backup size is over 9 GB. A upload via browser is not possible,

Now we uploaded the file with ftp to /var/libs/psa/dumbs, but the backup is not visible in our backupmanager.

Where is the problem?

We tried severel solutions, e.a. : Resolved - Backup Manager Upload not working

You would need to restore the backup via CLI

pleskrestore: Restoration from Backup
