Upload SSL Certificate

I am having trouble uploading my SSL certificate on my Dedidcated Server.

I have followed the instructions from the Plesk online documentation but when I click on Send File, I am getting the message:

"IMPROPER VALUE"

Can anyone please advise on what the problem might be. Thanks.

And how about uploading it as text?

Haven't tried that yet. Will give that a go.
