• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Uploading large files failed

Hello Everyone,

I have a problem with uploading large files to the webserver.
Somehow they just disappear.

I used diffrent jquery uploaders, all with the same problem.

And i check I think all the error logs, nothing there.

errorlogs i checked:
nginx
sw-cp-server
apache2
statistics/domain

In the domain default config, I changed the values specified in earlyer posts.
That helps to get my uploads to 1.8 GB, but not larger.

Anyone a idea how to solve this?

Best regards,
Tim Hanssen

There can be limits of browsers, webservers, php, etc. Therefore I strongly recommend to use FTP for uploading huge files instead of GUI.

I know FTP would be better. But we use the website as a video distribution system so we just need to upload the files true the browser.

Any ideas? OR where to look in the server logs?
