Uploading old site backup .xml.tar file to new domain

Good day, I would appreciate if someone could please assist me with how to upload my old backup .xml.tar file to my new domain and setup my site. I’m using Plesk Toolkit.

I’m new at this, so thank you for the help in advance.

Also any other advice regarding moving a site to a new domain would be appreciated.
