URGENT** backup manager problem **URGENT

My server was having major problems, so i did a FULL backup of my entire server using plesk panel...
i then downloaded this to my laptop so i could wipe the server, and re-upload.
unfortunatly the GUI only allows a maximum of 2gb file size...so i have uploaded the file via Filezilla.
the file is now on the server in /usr/lib/psa/dumps
where the psa.conf says where backups go...

Yet the backup manager wont find the backup file.

i need to restore this backup ASAP!!!

PLEASE help quickly :)
i am on IRC/fb/skype if needed if it will be quicker than the forum....

WHY WONT IT FIND MY BACKUP :( :(
