• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

hello all,
i have a media temple vps (dv) account. i have svn installed on it and the other day maxed out the storage and mail stopped working. i removed some of the big files (about a gig) but since i maxed it out, mail hasn't worked. webmail doesnt work at all, with all my users getting "login failed". some messages were coming through, many of them blank subjects and bodies. i searched on this forum and found a number of people with similar issues but none of the fixes worked.

the most frustrating part is that i hadnt done an upgrade or anything, which seems to be the cause of many of the incidents, i just reached my hard drive capacity and the whole thing went nuts.

please, someone help ;)

Did you try rebuilding the queue? Reinstall psa-qmail or download and run queue-fix.

thanks for the advice, i just ran queue-repair, but horde is still not letting me or anyone else log in. any ideas?

See if you can find anything useful in /var/log/psa-horde/psa-horde.log (on Linux boxes).

thanks for another reply wagnerch,
a tech at mediatemple re-installed imap and it seemed to clear up the log in issue. i guess something got corrupt when the disk space got filled up.
