Urgent Httpd issues after upgrade #43

Hello,

I have a Centos 6.4 Final x64. Plesk panel 11.0.9 #43. Nginx is on and I use FASTCGI in all websites.
After the #43 upgrade all websites have problems of connection.

I can access to Plesk Panel via 8443, but all websites have httpd problems . Service httpd is up.
