URGENT Plesk not Creating DNS Zones

I don't know why on some domains Windows plesk not creating DNS Zones,

Why this happen ?

How to fix domains whitout DNS zones ?

Any details, logs, error messages, steps to reproduce, etc?
Have you tried to troubleshoot it with help of article http://kb.parallels.com/111289 at least?

Are you using dns template to create dns records for all new added domains?
