URGENT Site Down - Website copy to remote FTP fail

A user tried using the make a 'copy of the website' feature to a remote FTP server and now the backup is stuck and the site permanently redirected with a 403.

How can I force a cancellation of this process and get the domain back on-line?

Status message:

Copying the website user-domain-local.com to ftp://[email protected]/public_html/user-domain-remote.es. You will be notified of the progress by e-mail ([email protected]).
