Resolved URL shows default plesk page instead of website

Hi. Since today strangely my website (all others seem to work) started showing the plesk default page. As far as i can tell is that my dns settings are ok andno index.html is present from plesk. Strangely also my Lets Encrypt Cert isnt working even though it should be working. I tried regeneratin gthe .conf files but that also doesnt work. I did a repair and that also changed nothing.
Can anyone help me here please?

What I did was setting a new DNS template and apply it but I don't see a reason why that should be the problem.

Hi UweP,

typical USER misconfiguration, by generating a Let's Encrypt certificate for "DNS-Name=freakyonline.de", but not for "www.freakyonline.de"., but your hosting - settings don't redirect to "freakyonline.de", when using "www.freakyonline.de".

You use probably additional REDIRECTS in for example a ".htaccess" - file, why the error - message will be "too many redirects".

Pls. consider to INSPECT your configuration files at "/var/www/vhosts/system/YOUR-DOMAIN.COM/conf" and try to understand apache2/nginx redirects in configuration files, in combination with redirects from ".htaccess" - files.

thanks. I re-setup the domain. there wasnt any important stuff on it. Thank you anyway. I didn't wanna play with the settings of nginx. I guess im gonna remove nginx again. It's only making trouble.
