USB problem on parallels server for mac

Hi.
I try Parallels server and I have install the software on mac mini to test if I can install windows 2000 server.
I have try to install windows 2000 (virtual) on mac mini, the version installed is paralles server for mac, but after the installation of windows, I can't see usb ports.

Is it normal?it's ok?

I need to see and use usb port for some reason of security, is there onyone that help me to solve this problem?
is it possible that this error appear why I have install parallels server for mac on mac mini?or not dipend of that?
