Question Use another domain for DNS?

Let's say I registered example.gg with channel island hosting. They don't support personal nameservers, so I decided to register exampledns.com on namecheap. Is it possible to use ns1.exampledns.com and ns2.exampledns.com with example.gg, instead of ns1.example.gg and ns2.example.gg?
