Question Use many php version on Plesk 12.5

Hi,

I am new on this forum maybe I post in a wrong subject or maybe there are the same question I am sorry.

I would like to install different php version on my server but when I follow this page does not function.

If I do :
plesk sbin autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component php5. I have an error like ' BUSY: Update operation was locked by another update process.' and when I look on the server I do not have an other operation to plesk installer.

Could you help me ?

Simply use the Updates and Upgrade to add which versions you want

That won't work if the system is in a state where it thinks that it is currently doing an upgrade.

@Menphis: If you are sure that no other update or upgrade is currently going on, follow this article to remove the hung process: Updates and Upgrades page cannot be opened: it just loads continuously. Port 8447 is not filtered

In which case rebooting the server normally does the trick.

Which leads to a few minutes offline time. If you can afford this: good. If you cannot afford it, you can simply kill the hung processes.
