User Administration

Hi, I purchased this product around 6 months ago but haven't begun to use it until now and I seem to be having a couple of problems with user accounts.

I created a user account named 'razor' and set a password for it, the user logged in, filled out the user information form and then continued to his administration panel. I then went to my original panel and set all the permissions to 'Yes' and let him log out and log back in. When he returned to his panel, he couldn't find where to access the given access. On his permissions page it shows that he has access to all aspects possible, but yet there seems to be nowhere to acess them from. Any ideas?

Also I was wondering if there is any way in which to access firewall properties/settings via the cPanel?

Any help would bre greatly appreciated.
