User email quota shows full, but webmail shows nothing

In the report section, i check this particular user, whose email quota is hit; but a check in webmail shows no mail; then i up the quota.. do a download of mail (which obviously no mail came in) then i check the quota again, it shows 0MB.. back to normal...

abnormality... but anybody hit such a queer problem before>
