Got a user who tried to login (not sur eof his password) and now hes getting a Access Denied message.

I understand the default settings of 30minutes is set in "Session Settings"

But is there any way to overwrite it.. should say my this particular user get lock out.. can I manually "unlock" him so to get him to resume usage?

As now I got to wait too .... and he can't access webmail and control panel..

thanks
