Question user mailbox can not add new email alias

is anyway to give permission for the user mailbox to create alias in her mailboxes?

I access to plesk with the email account and password.
Then i can see the aliases created, but i can´t edit.

It's not possible to allow a user to modify or add their own aliases. You can however grand the 'Application User' role permission for 'Create and manage mail accounts'. This will allow the user to manage ALL mailboxes for the subscription.
