Resolved User Multiple Database Access

toomanylogins

Basic Pleskian
I have created a user with access to Any database and connect from any host on domian1. This is 12.5 linux.

If I connect from heidi sql with user name and password can only see the domain1 database not all ?

I'm trying to add support to the Joomla installation for a connection to an additional database and when I test the connection Joomla I get Access denied for user 'hjgfdew3427'@'%' to database 'memberpet'

So it seems the user does not have access to all the databases just the original one specified. I did not create a new user just change the setting from domian1 to any

Thanks
Paul

I managed to resolve this by going to the database section and open database db webadmin. Yu need to make this more obvious very difficult to find the icon. go to tools are settings - database servers and then there is a small icon to the right of the list which takes you to the web admin where you can change privileges for users.
