users count is diable

How or what is diable my useraccount i windows.

My users count not login whit FTP, and i fount the problem, my users was diabled in windows, I then Enable them again but 2 days after the was disabled again.

Probably you've disable domains, so in this case, users are disabled too.

It is plesk who dos i when i do its reconfik at night.
If i disable a account I would know it.

Problem solved:

If you use Scheduled Backup FTP, then plesk forget to enable the useres after the backup is finish.

So, how did fix it?

ask administrator re-enable it everytime after the backup?
