Resolved Users suddenly absent from the database

Sometime ago I started getting these errors on my Plesk server, all my database users are "absent".

Code:
error    The user REDACTED on the subscription REDACTED is absent from the database server.
failed    Recreating the user REDACTED on the subscription X SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1396 Operation CREATE USER failed for 'REDACTED'@'%'

Plesk Repair Kit can't fix it, "plesk repair all" on Terminal doesn't fix it either. What are my solutions before I delete, create and reconfigure every user?

Also please try to run
# plesk db -Ne "select * from mysql.user;"
If this does not return user datasets, but only an integer like 1, the mysql user table or view is corrupt and needs to be restored.
Please open a ticket with Plesk support for assistance in such a case. I have a standard solution for MariaDB 10.5 only, but I am not sure if the structure also fits 10.11. Too high risk to just try it. Much better if an expert does that who can then see the situation directly on your server.

I tried the KB article by removing the users and running the repair tool again, for a moment I started seeing "FIXED" messages on "plesk repair mysql -v", but later they were just absent again. Back to zero.

Potential cause: The mysql.user database table has a wrong structure.

Potential solution for MariaDB 10.5. Attempt on staging system first before applying to production:

1) Make a backup of the mysql database:
# plesk db dump mysql > /path/mysql.sql

2) Login to database
# plesk db

3) Switch to mysql database
> use mysql;

4) Drop mysql user view:
> drop view user;

5) Re-create a new one using the following query:

I ran it in dev environment and after a few testings, ran it in production. Not seeing any issue so far!
Seems like a fix to me. Everything works as expected and I don't see "absent users" or any related error at all.

I can confirm this solution worked for me and my case only on Plesk 18.0.52 + AlmaLinux 8 + MariaDB 10.11.2. Doesn't mean will work for the next person who reads this! :)
