Question Using docker

Hi, I have a decent VPS with a lot of memory that I want to give more purpose, for some applications I need to use docker containers, which is very useful in my case. I want to use Zammad docker in production whose database needs to be outside the docker so that I can easily backup and maintain Zammad.

Is this possible? If so, how can I achieve this?
