You need to open A custom rule for port 3000 and make sure your server fit the RC minimum requirements.

The server is controlled by Plesk so it's recommended to install RC on a clean server.

Thanks for the reply. I really messed up the question. We are attempting to open a websocket for Rock Chat. Yes we have a Plesk dashboard. It seems that RocketChat would have that included in the install. Unless I am missing something I am unable to open websocket.
