Using SPF or DomainKeys with autoreponder

When using an autoresponder in Plesk, is it possible to use either SPF or DomainKeys to verify incoming messages have a valid record before sending a reply?

The idea is to prevent the autoresponder from replying to spam. I've read about the technique in several places, however not with plesk. Any thoughts on this are appreciated.
