Issue Using the Plesk extension,

Hi guys
Using the Plesk extension, I've had a cert running happily for a few weeks. Last night it expired and required a renewal.
When I try to renew this domain (and another) in the Plesk control panel, I get the following message.

Error: Let's Encrypt SSL certificate installation failed: Challenge marked as invalid. Details: No valid IP addresses found for example.com

Any tips? Busy website currently throwing an SSL

Make sure that your domain has correct A DNS record and correctly resolvable to this IP address.

Does the domain have a correct A-Record? The DNS-Settings are correct? Have you an dedicated ip-adress for the domain in plesk?

But how much is the subscription because if it is too expensive, we risk being ruined with this tool. No, I'm kidding because the tool is very affordable.
