V7.5 and V7.5 Reloaded Certificate

I rent 2 Plesk Servers, one with v7.5 and the other with v7.5 Reloaded...
Now, my default control panel cert just expired on my 7.5 Reloaded server..... So I set up a new one, clicked Setup, and bingo, it worked.

However, when my other server's cert expired, the Setup button doesnt work and had to ask my hosting to do it for me....

Is there a reason for this?
