Do Plesk staff members come to the forum to assist customers?
 
Forum is not one of the official support channels of Plesk.. But I suspect a couple of users, especially at unix forums are plesk staff trying to help people..
 
In my time in the 6.5 user forums I don't believe anyone offering help has been in the employ of SW Soft, although it would make sense for them to assign an official rep to answer questions here.
