very long time to host a new site

my server configuration is

xeon x3220 2.4GHz
8gb
1tb
windows server 2008 r2
plesk 9.5.2

the problem is : server takes so long time to host a new site (~2 hours)

any ideas..?

Do you mean creation of new Plesk domain or what?

I have 9.5.2 version..

I think some more information might help you to help me...!!

I have 3100+ website hosted on the server.
But it is important to mention that all websites have only 2-3 very simple HTML pages. Nothing else.. No email.. No databases..

-- I don't remain logged in for long time..
-- but I don't know about jet database engine.

size of psa.mdb file is 96KB and psa.mdw is 108 KB..

There are no any special steps - just use Plesk Reconfigurator as it is described in mentioned forum post.
