We have a customer that is trying to view their site via its IP address instead of its name. Earlier today, I referred them to Parallels phone support but they've tried calling the support number twice now, and keep getting disconnected after being on hold for a few moments.
Does anyone know if this is possible and how to accomplish it in Plesk?
