View site via IP address instead of name

We have a customer that is trying to view their site via its IP address instead of its name. Earlier today, I referred them to Parallels phone support but they've tried calling the support number twice now, and keep getting disconnected after being on hold for a few moments.

Does anyone know if this is possible and how to accomplish it in Plesk?

You make their domain the default in Plesk for the shared IP or, if they have their own exclusive IP, make it the default for that IP instead.
