w3wp.exe HIGH CPU Utilization

Hello,
We are experiencing high CPU utilization on the w3wp.exe process
It uses 75%-80% CPU all the time.
Even after ending de process tree, de process is instantly back with the same utilization.

Does anyone Experience the same problem , and or has
an resolution.

w3wp.exe HIGH CPU Utilization

Im getting the same results on a freshly installed VZ plesk 8.1.1 server running about 50 websites with a couple of sites running a PHP forum.

user=IWAM_plesk(default) for command w3wp.exe

If i end the task, it comes back using less CPU, but eventually over a period of minutes, its back using 60-80+% CPU.
