This is my server:
CPU AuthenticAMD, AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+
Version psa v8.0.1_build80060928.14 os_SuSE 9.3
Betriebssystem Linux 2.6.16.20-060620b
-------------------------------------------

I manage all my domains externally on the nameserver of http.net (ns.routing.net 213.160.64.64 and ns8.routing.net 213.160.65.64).

So I deactivated the DNS Service
Service -> DNS zone template -> Deactivate

and stopped the DNS Server (BIND)
Service -> Services management

I can browse the webpages (including subdomains) and send & receive email.

Now here are my problems/questions:
Sending email is really slow :-(
may be this bear upon the mistake I get when I click to "test the DNS zone on the nameserver for the domain"

Here's the message I receive:
-----------------------------------------------
Name: pixelpeter.com
Address: 87.106.25.21
pixelpeter.com nameserver = ns.routing.net.
pixelpeter.com nameserver = ns8.routing.net.
pixelpeter.com mail exchanger = 10 mail.pixelpeter.com.
Name: www.pixelpeter.com
Address: 87.106.25.21

*** Ok : Domain A record is valid.
*** : Must be - 87.106.25.21, now - 87.106.25.21
*** Warning: MX record does not resolve for your domain -
*** Ok : Domain A www. record is valid.
*** : Should be - 87.106.25.21, currently resolves to - 87.106.25.21
-----------------------------------------------

Domains worked already before moving to the new server and http.net confirmed the nameserver and domain entries to be correct.

I couldn't find a answer in this forum and with googling :-(
Has anybody a idea how to solve these problems ?
Do these problems really relate to each other ?
Maybe it's something similiar to this

Thanks in advance for your help

Bets regards
Peter
