Resolved Warning: The webspace was suspended.

Hello,

This is my first post on this forum. I have a issue with one of my webspaces, here is the error/warning: "Warning: The webspace was suspended. All sites hosted with the webspace are not available.", another one "The subscription is suspended: All services provided with the subscription are frozen and not accessible to Internet users.". Do you have any idea why this webspace was automatically disabled twice? I've checked the resources and limits, all parameters are good.

Have you checked your subscription's expiration date in your plesk panel ?

I am also facing the same issue. My one of the subscription getting suspended automatically. I have checked all the possible ways to solve available on the internet.
Need your assistance to solve the problem.

Thank you for your response. I could see that Mailbox Quota was "0" but usage was 27 KB so the subscription was getting suspended. I have made in the changes in the service plan and synced the subscriptions. That has resolved the problem.
