  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

It works fine for us on RHAS3. Have you tried deinstalling it and adding it again?

Yes.

The boys (and girls) in Russia have been all over my box and their response is:

Issue has been referred to our developers...please await a resolution.

Watchdog

I am getting the same isssue. It won't let me run watchdog. I have tried running ./configure under /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/configure/
and receive the error :

"/usr/local/psa/tmp/crontabAXuUlK":8: bad command
errors in crontab file, can't install.
System error: crontab execution error
Changing of crontab configuration failed.

Hopefully we can figure this out soon...

So has any one worked this problem out? I have the same problem and am currently trying to fix it.

Thanks

Watchdog

I have quit using watchdog because of this. It no longer works. Maybe someday it will start working again... :( Oh well...

In Debian Also

Error: The monit service does not respond. Refer to SWsoft technical support for help.

Same problem here with ES3.

Does anyone with this problem also have a problem with crontab (accessed via Server -> Crontab)?

I get simliar errors for both Watchdog and Crontab.

7: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/modules/watchdog/index.php:13

With Crontab:

Crontab() constructor failed: Unable to create Crontab entry: parse error

Has anyone found a solution yet?

Fixed

When I upgraded to Plesk 8.01 it fixed it for me. I don't know if this works for everyone else. I had given up on this getting fixed. Somehow it fixed its self. Wish I could give you more of information that might lead to you fixing yours. I use AtomicRocketTurtle.com also. I am not sure if the combination did something.
