Issue Watchdog daily mail fails since latest update: ERR [panel] No entry is registered for key 'translate'

Since the update to Plesk 18.0.37 the daily mail from the Watchdog extension fails. Well, I get a mail, but it only contains this (and it's from the "Cron Daemon"):

I installed the update yesterday and got the Watchdog mail today. The bug has been fixed!
